oYo-Link® The Name Behind the Technology

The name oYo-Link® stems from the visual resemblance between the word ‘oYo’ and an antibody that is labeled with oYo-Link reagents. oYo-Link® reagents consist of low molecular weight (~8 kDa), high-affinity antibody-binding domains that are photo-crosslinked to the antibody’s constant region (Fc). One antibody-binding domain is covalently linked to each heavy chain.
