Antibody Conjugation Service
We provide site-specific antibody conjugation services including oligonucleotide, fluorescent, enzyme, and site-specific labeling using our proprietary oYo-Link technology.
Choose from our oYo-Link® range of labels and our expert conjugation scientists will covalently and site-specifically conjugate your antibody, and purify conjugates post-labeling if required, ensuring you receive the highest quality conjugates that meet your specific experimental requirements. Please note that we will require an additional 10 µg of antibody for QC purposes.
Two types of purification are available:
1. Purification using oYo-Capture Magnetic Beads for the removal of free oYo-Link, which can help reduce assay background; this requires a minimum of 25 µg of antibody.
2. Size exclusion chromatography; this requires a minimum of 100 ug of antibody.
For extremely sensitive assays requiring the highest purity of conjugated antibodies, FPLC purification is recommended, and if applied, the chromatography data will be included. FPLC purification is available for $250 per conjugate.
