For ssDNA Oligo orders: Please enter your Oligonucleotide Sequence (between 10-80 base pairs) in 5' → 3' direction. If your sequence has Uracil (U), please use our quote request form instead, as the standard web price will likely not be valid. For phosphorothioate bonds (PS bonds), include an asterisk (*) between the bases in your sequence to specify a phosphorothioate chemical modification.

For example, two PS bonds between the T bases at the end of a sequence would be denoted as: 5' AAATTT*T*T 3'
