Antibody Drug Conjugation
oYo-Link® ADC Reagents

Enhanced precision and control for rapid ADC prototyping.

Select from oYo-Link® DM1, DM4, VcMMAE and VcMMAF

oYo-Link® Antibody Drug Conjugation Reagents enable rapid, site-specific labeling of drugs to the heavy-chains of compatible antibodies with up to two labels per antibody. oYo-Link® limits the attachment of the drug to the heavy chains of the antibody and therefore ensures that the drug label does not interfere with antibody binding.

Furthermore, site-specific labeling limits 1-2 drugs to be attached per antibody, providing precise antibody-drug conjugate ratios.

Any free oYo-Link drug will not penetrate into cells, so there is no background cell killing and therefore no requirement for purification post labeling – proceed directly to the cell killing assay.

oYo-Link® Antibody Drug Conjugation Reagents allow for labeling of 100+ antibodies simultaneously for increased high throughput capacity.

Advantages of labeling with oYo-Link® ADC Reagents

  • Label 100+ antibodies simultaneously for increased high throughput capacity
  • No need for purification post conjugation, proceed directly to the cell killing assay
  • Site-specific labeling ensures predictable efficacy and toxicity profiles
  • Rapid ADC prototyping: 30 seconds hands on time
  • Site-specific labeling guarantees no interference with antibody-binding
  • Label as little as 1µg of antibody at a time & work with concentrations as low as 50µg/ml – conduct more experiments with one batch of antibodies and drugs

Two Steps, 30 Seconds Hands-on Time, 100% Sample Recovery

Antibody labeling requires just two steps:

  1. Mix oYo-Link with your antibody
  2. Illuminate with non-damaging 365 nm UV light for <2 hours

The entire procedure requires just two steps and less than 30 seconds of hands-on time. Any unused oYo-Link reagent can be saved for later use.
